At the heart of the MOTIV Group offices lies the project’s central spine, defined by a three-dimensional acoustic ceiling system. More than a design feature, the ceiling integrates acoustics, lighting, and spatial organization into a single architectural element that guides visitors throughout the office, connecting the reception and management areas, meeting rooms, workspaces of the group’s companies, and the central cafeteria.

If the ceiling serves as the project’s backbone, the surrounding landscape acts as its constant backdrop. The extensive glazed façade opens the office to the open views of the Sharon region, bringing natural light, depth, and a sense of openness into the space. Between these two elements — the internal axis and the external landscape — the work areas, meeting rooms, and collaborative spaces were carefully positioned.

The design language combines exposed systems and technical materiality with refined millwork, soft curves, and a palette of natural wood, gray, and blue tones. At the end of the central axis, the cafeteria serves as a vibrant social hub and an informal gathering space for the group’s employees.

The result is a workplace that balances thoughtful planning, everyday comfort, and a continuous connection to natural light, the surrounding landscape, and the people who use it.
