The office floor to the Ramat Gan Municipality legal department at Sapir Tower split from the floor hall to four entrances: the municipality’s legal advisor office, the attorneys’ rooms, the VIP space and the foreign relations department.

The legal services sections occupies a significant area of the floor, and the its various workspaces are dedicated to the attorneys of the legal office. Our design of the office stressed the entrance to the office hall, which is accomplished through a meeting room covered with wood, black ceiling and a round meeting table in the middle. This room serves as an informal lounge entrance hall to the other spaces of the department. It further leads to the main meeting room dedicated for multi-participant meeting around a large, presentable wooden table especially imported for this space.

The attorneys’ rooms are connected by a corridor that is semicircular due to the eye-shaped building contour. This space contains the personnel cafeteria and, as in other sections of the floor, there were designed reception desks from bent metal sheets with special treatment. Natural stone and wooden flooring makes for the dignified and formal environment that is appropriate for the occupation. While designing the interior mild hues of black and mocha with slight touches of pink, were selected for this space.

The VIP space, which is dedicated for accepting guests and ambassadors visiting the city, is characterized by long and stately couches, carpentry wall, iron cladding, touch TV screen and various other service spots.

A Bit About Us

Our firm was established in 2000 and specializes in planning and designing offices and workspaces for companies and organizations. We provide a service from start to finish, including the planning, designing, and project managing until its conclusion. Architect Hagai Nagar, who founded the firm, has a B.Arch degree from the Tel Aviv University School of Architecture since 1999. He combines engineering-planning skills with an artistic one as both an architect and a designer.

The various projects we have led over the years were inspired by ideas and original designs developed in our firm, while connecting to what is happening in the global world of architecture and design. Our portfolio includes a long line of projects that have both a design as well as a functional view linking them together, while still looking to surprise, excite and innovate. Our professional approach combines creative design with technical excellence in engineering, while deeply familiarizing ourselves with a variety of materials and technologies. We love seeing it all take place, and lead projects to success while delving into various aspects such as ergonomics, lighting, acoustics, branding, etc.
