Famous scenes from the world of aviation are intertwined in the design of the offices at Classic Air, a company representing airlines from abroad which provides solutions for civilian aerial mobility. A metal wall that appears to be the front of an aircraft was custom-designed for this project, incorporating small windows and dynamic screens within it. The metal cover continues further down the office hallway to reveal a VIP kitchen area, visually detached from the rest of the workspace by materials and shades that create drama and polarity: black wooden cabinets wall cabinets, assorted wooden covers and terrazzo floor tiles, a stark contrast to the rest of the office floor.

The central workspace has a furrowed wooden ceiling with the opening of an airborne aircraft. The opening can serve as a window to the exposed infrastructure in the ceiling, just as you might glimpse aircraft systems while flying. The linear lighting within stands out among the supposedly random spread of lighting fixtures throughout the rest of the office.

In the adjacent conference room, the office’s “cockpit”, is a light-blue shaded system of glass partitions with curved corners. The wall opposite is covered with marble-like Dekton slabs, another versatile material that maintains a mild color scheme. The location of the office at the top floor of the building allows for a lookout to a view and an occasional time-out on the balcony.

A Bit About Us

Our firm was established in 2000 and specializes in planning and designing offices and workspaces for companies and organizations. We provide a service from start to finish, including the planning, designing, and project managing until its conclusion. Architect Hagai Nagar, who founded the firm, has a B.Arch degree from the Tel Aviv University School of Architecture since 1999. He combines engineering-planning skills with an artistic one as both an architect and a designer.

The various projects we have led over the years were inspired by ideas and original designs developed in our firm, while connecting to what is happening in the global world of architecture and design. Our portfolio includes a long line of projects that have both a design as well as a functional view linking them together, while still looking to surprise, excite and innovate. Our professional approach combines creative design with technical excellence in engineering, while deeply familiarizing ourselves with a variety of materials and technologies. We love seeing it all take place, and lead projects to success while delving into various aspects such as ergonomics, lighting, acoustics, branding, etc.
